After making THIS QUILT for our new grandchild expected in
January 2017 DIL asked if I had any of the fabric left as she’s like to use
some more of the animals as decorations to the room.
So I’ve been playing with these fabric squares.
I backed and batted them and stitched around the edge, then
trimmed off all the fabric outside the animal picture.
Finally I stitched a row of zig-zag stitches round these to
finish them off.
DIL will now add ribbons in different colours and hang these
from the curtain rail with a grey curtain being the background.
